We recommend reading this manual to enjoy your device safely and with maximum performance.


Care and maintenance

  • Do not expose your Headphones BT Travel 5 ANC to impacts, dust, humidity or high temperatures.
  • Do not use neither corrosive nor abrasive cleaning products.
  • Keep the headphones clean and free of dust using a soft dry cloth.
  • Do not disassemble your headphones. All repair works should be carried out exclusively by qualified staff of Energy Sistem Technology, S.A.

Main functions

Bluetooth (BT)

Press and hold On/Off (1) for 2 seconds, until the Status indicator (3) starts flashing red and blue to enable Bluetooth mode. At this point, your headphones and your Bluetooth device can be paired. Once Headphones BT Travel 5 ANC appears on your devide screen, pair them. The Status indicator (3) flashes blue when both devices are paired.

Once your Headphones BT Travel 5 ANC are syncronized, you can control basic playback functions from your headphones.

Press On/Off (1) to pause or resume music playback.

Press and hold Volume - (6) or Volume + (7) to switch to the previous or next track.

Press Volume + (7) or Volume - (6) to turn up or down the volume.

Press and hold On/Off (1) for 4 seconds to disable Bluetooth mode. The Status indicator (3) lights up red and turns off.

If you previously paired your Headphones BT Travel 5 ANC with a source device, they will connect automatically with it the next time you turn them on.

Important considerations:

  • If you're using the audio cable instead of the Bluetooth connection, you will have to use your music player to control music playback and not the headphones.


Noise cancelling (ANC)

Press and hold Noise cancelling (5) to enable ANC mode. In this mode you can make the most of your music or block background noise. Your Headphones BT Travel 5 ANC provide active noise reduction. The Status indicator (3) glows green when this mode is enabled.

Experience active noise reduction, especially at low frequencies, with a decrease of up to 18 dB. This mode is particularly useful in noisy urban environments or when travelling by plane.

You can also use the ANC mode when playback is off. Just wear your Headphones BT Travel 5 ANC and press Noise cancelling (5) to enable this mode. To use this mode, you don't need to turn on the device.



Important: For security reasons, we recommend to disable ANC while walking on the street or carrying out activities in which noise reduction may put users at risk.*

Important: Remember to disable this function when you're not using the headphones to prevent the battery from discharging.*


Voice Assistant

You can activate your smartphone voice assistant from your Headphones BT Travel 5 ANC. Press On/Off (1) twice to enable your smartphone assistant directly via Bluetooth.

This function allows you to ask your voice assistant questions and perform tasks naturally and easily.

You can also take a look at Google Assistant and Siri user guides, available on their manufacturers' websites.


Audio input

If you don't want to use the Bluetooth connection, you can always connect your Headphones BT Travel 5 ANC to your music player. To do so, use the provided audio cable. You don't need to switch on your headphones if you're using the audio cable.

Simply plug one cable end into the Audio-in (4) and the other end to your music player to enable this mode.

You can enable ANC mode while listening to music via audio cable. Please take into account that this mode will use up the battery and may not be enabled if the battery is completely discharged.

Important considerations:

  • If you're using the audio cable instead of the Bluetooth connection, you will have to use your music player to control music playback and not the headphones.


Call control

Once your Headphones BT Travel 5 ANC and smartphone are synchronized, you can answer calls with the built-in Microphone (2) while wearing your headphones.

Press On/Off (1) to answer an incoming call. If you're listening to music when you receive a call, playback will pause and you will hear an incoming call sound. Press and hold the very same button for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.

To end the call, press once again On/Off. Playback will resume from the moment at which the music stopped.


Charging the battery

When the battery level is below 10%, you will hear a sound to remind you to charge it.

Plug the microUSB end of the provided USB cable into the Charging port (9) and the other USB end to any device with a 5 V USB charging port (PC, USB wall charger, etc.) to charge the battery.

The Charge indicator (8) lights up red and turns off once the charging process has been completed.

The approximate charging time is 3 hours.

Important considerations:

  • Do not store or leave your device unused or completely discharged for a long period of time.


Reset

If you need to reset your device, plug the audio jack cable into the Audio-in (4), wait for a second and unplug the cable.


Warranty

Warranty

Energy Sistem Technology, S.A. is liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time the goods are purchased during a period of 36 months. Batteries are excluded from the 36-month warranty, having a warranty period of 24 months.

This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials and does not cover any product failure due to accidents, misuse or alteration made by an unauthorized person.

The special 36-month warranty is valid for the European Union. For other countries please refer to your specific legislation or your local distributor.
