Care and maintenance

  • Do not expose your Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC to impacts, dust, humidity or high temperatures.
  • Do not use neither corrosive nor abrasive cleaning products.
  • Keep the headphones clean and free of dust using a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not disassemble your headset. All repair works should be carried out exclusively by qualified staff of Energy Sistem Technology, S.A.
  • Do not leave the battery completely discharged for a long period of time.

Switching on and off the device

To switch on your Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC, press and hold the MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON (2) for 2 seconds. You will hear a confirmation sound and the STATUS INDICATOR (4) will light up white. Press and hold the MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON (2) for 2 seconds to switch off your Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC. You will hear a sound when yo switch them off.


Bluetooth® pairing

Switch off the Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC and press and hold the MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON (2) for approximately 4 seconds, until the STATUS INDICATOR (4) starts flashing red and white. Your headphones are now ready to be paired with your Bluetooth device. Once Headphones BT Travel 6 appears on your devide screen, press "connect". You will hear a confirmation sound when both devices are paired.

If you previously paired your Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC with a device, they will connect automatically with it next time you turn them on. In case you want to pair them with another device, repeat the pairing process. To do so, press and hold the MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON (2) for 4 seconds.


Bluetooth playback control

Once your Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC are synchronised, you will be able to control basic playback functions such as turning up and down the volume and switching to the next or previous song directly from your headphones.

Press VOLUME + (1) or VOLUME - (3) to turn up or down the volume. You will hear a sound when reaching the maximum and minimum volume levels.

Press and hold NEXT (1) to skip to the next song. You can also press and hold BACK (3) to skip to the previous track.

Press the MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON (2) once to pause or resume playback.

Note: If you're using the audio cable instead of the Bluetooth wireless connection, you will have to control music playback from your music player and not from the headphones.

Call control

Once your Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC and smartphone are synchronised, simply wear your headphones and answer calls with the built-in MICROPHONE (6).

Press the MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON (2) to answer an incoming call. If you are listening to music when you receive a call, playback will pause and you will hear an incoming call sound. Press and hold the very same button for 2 seconds to reject a call.

Press the MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON (2) to hang up. Playback will resume from where it stopped.

The built-in microphone is designed to answer conventional phone calls from the smartphone. If you intend to connect these headphones to your Windows PC or MAC and use them for home office purposes such as video calls (Teams, Skype, Zoom, etc.), we recommend purchasing this add-on specifically designed for optimal performance: https://www.energysistem.com/headphones-microphone-1-45265-en


Using the Voice Assistant feature

Your Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC allow you to directly activate your smartphone's voice assistant via Bluetooth connection. To do so, press the MULTIFUNCTION BUTTON (2) twice. You can give the voice command after hearing the confirmation sound.


ANC (Active Noise Cancelling)

To enable or disable the noise cancellation mode, press the ANC BUTTON (7) once. The ANC INDICATOR (9) glows green while this mode is enabled.

You will experience active noise cancellation, especially at low frequencies, resulting in a decrease of up to 25 dB. This mode is particularly useful in noisy environments such as aeroplanes, trains, buses, etc. It also comes with an optimised sound equalisation.

You can also use ANC mode while not listening to music. Simply wear your Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC and press the ANC BUTTON (7).

Important: For security reasons, we recommend to disable ANC while walking on the street or carrying out activities in which noise reduction may put users at risk.

Important: Remember to disable this mode when not using the headphones to avoid running out of battery.


Audio input

You can also connect your Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC to your music player using the provided 3.5 mm mini jack audio cable. You don't need to switch on your headphones if you want to use the audio cable.

To enable this mode, simply plug one cable end into the AUDIO-IN (8) and the other end to your music player.

You can use ANC mode while listening to music via audio cable. Bear in mind that this mode consumes battery power and will not be enabled if your headphones? battery is fully discharged.

Note: If you're using the audio cable instead of the Bluetooth wireless connection, you will have to control music playback from your music player and not from the headphones.


Battery life

The battery life of your Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC depends on the selected volume and the type of music.
Please take a look at this comparative table to find out more about the approximate battery life of your device:

  • Battery life with ANC enabled (while playing music): 16 hours*
  • Battery life with ANC disabled (while playing music): 34 hours*
  • Battery life on a 15-minute charge: 1.5 hours (with ANC enabled), 3 hours (with ANC disabled).

Note: *These values are approximate. Battery life depends on the selected volume, the type of music and on whether ANC mode is enabled or not.

Important considerations:

  • Do not store or leave your device unused or completely discharged for a long period of time.
  • Disable ANC mode when not using the headphones to avoid running out of battery.


Charging the battery

When the battery level is below 10%, the STATUS INDICATOR (4) flashes red. You will hear a warning sound to remind you to charge it.

The STATUS INDICATOR (4) glows red while charging the device and switches off when fully charged. Plug the USB Type-C end of the provided USB cable into your headphones' CHARGING PORT (5) and the other USB end into any device with a USB charging port providing energy (PC, USB wall charger, car charger, etc) to charge the battery. The charging time is approximately 3 hours.

Note: The headset will power off and start charging when the charging cable is connected. Current safety regulations mean the headphones cannot be charged and used at the same time.

Caution: Do not charge your headphones with fast charging adapters or dedicated laptop charging adapters, Because their output voltage exceeds 5V and the device may become unusable.


Reset

You can force the Headphones BT Travel 6 ANC to shut down by inserting the audio jack connector or charging the device.

Alternatively, you can press and hold the VOLUME + (1) button for 5 seconds while the headphones are in Bluetooth® mode (the LED flashes red and white).
