Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • What is the sound power of my Energy Classy?
    With the power cable connected the power output is 150W RMS. When the power cord is disconnected and the speaker is powered from the internal battery the maximum power will be limited to 100W.

  • What is the function of the B button? What is the function of the B button?
    The B button enables a bass boost equalization mode commonly known as Bass Boost.

  • How can I check the battery level?
    Short press the power button (1 click) and the red LED segments will indicate the battery level.

  • How can I jump from folder to folder of the USB memory content?
    When you are listening to music from the external USB memory you can skip folders by pressing and holding the M button.

  • Does it have an auto-off function? Yes, your Energy Classy has an auto power off function. If it does not receive a signal for 30 minutes it will automatically turn off to save power.

Prevention of hearing loss

Listening to music at high volume levels for long periods of time can cause permanent hearing damage. To avoid hearing damage, we recommend turning down the volume of the player before starting music playback and then gradually increasing the volume to a comfortable, moderate listening level.
