  • How do I reset the earphones?
    Disconnect the earphones from any Bluetooth sound source, put them in your ears and press 10 times quickly the touch control of both earphones simultaneously, you will hear a 'beep' sound and they will turn off automatically. Put them in the charging case and when you take them out again you can connect them again via Bluetooth.

  • The earphones do not charge when placed in the charging case. Make sure to remove the insulating stickers from the charging pins of the earphones. Also make sure that the charging case has sufficient charge level.

Prevention of hearing loss

Listening to music at high volume levels for long periods of time can cause permanent hearing damage. To avoid hearing damage, we recommend turning down the volume of the player before starting music playback and then gradually increasing the volume to a comfortable, moderate listening level.
