Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Can I use the headset while charging the battery?
    This is not possible for safety reasons due to compliance with current CE regulations.

  • How can I force the headphones to turn off?
    Connect the charging cable and the charging cable to a 5V USB power adapter and the headphones will turn off automatically.

  • How can I force the headset to pair?
    With the headphones off, press the power button for 5 seconds until the LED light flashes red and blue.

  • How do I enable low latency mode? Double-tap the ANC button and you will hear a voice prompt indicating that low latency mode is enabled. This mode reduces the audio signal processing time. It is especially interesting when you use the headphones to watch videos or listen to game audio, so the lag between the audio signal and the video will be negligible (less than 80ms).

Prevention of hearing loss

Listening to music at high volume levels for long periods of time can cause permanent hearing damage. To avoid hearing damage, we recommend turning down the volume of the player before starting music playback and then gradually increasing the volume to a comfortable, moderate listening level.
