First use

First time, please, fully charge the device. With this gesture, the protection mode that we include by default to prevent battery degradation will be deactivated and it will be calibrated to obtain maximum performance from it.


Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

  • How do I store music in the internal memory of my Aquasport headset?
    Connect the magnetic pin cable to the headset and connect the other USB end to your computer. A window will open, just as it does when connecting a USB flash drive. Drag your music to the folder and wait for the files to be copied (Supported files: MP3 and WAV). Once copied, you can disconnect the cable and enjoy your music.

  • What should I do after using my headphones in water?
    Wash them with fresh water to remove any traces of salt water or chlorine water and dry them well after doing this. In this way you will be able to extend the useful life of the device while preserving its functionality and appearance optimally.

  • Bluetooth cuts out when I swim with my headphones. What can I do? The Bluetooth signal cuts off under water so it is not possible to use the Bluetooth audio transmission mode in this environment. This is why your headphones include internal memory to download music from your computer in MP3 or WAV format and you can still enjoy music underwater.
