First use

When using your earphones for the first time, remove the blue adhesive from the charging pins on each earbud. Place them back in the case to start charging.

Sports use

After exercising, we recommend drying the earphones thoroughly before placing them in their charging case. Keep the charging pins (metal points) clean and dry.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • How do I correctly position the earphones?

The thicker part with the heart logo is placed on the back of the ear. This is where the touch control is located.

On the other hand, the part with a small grille is placed towards the front, inside the ear. It is this part that houses the sound transducer.

Place the back of the earphone downward, close to the earlobe. This will ensure the proper audio experience and ergonomics.

  • How do I reset the earphones? Disconnect the headphones from any Bluetooth device, press 7 times quickly on the touch control of both headphones simultaneously and they will restart automatically. Put them in the charging case and when you take them out again you can connect them again via Bluetooth.


  • What is the Multipoint function and how does it work?
    This feature allows you to connect the earphones simultaneously to two devices, such as a Smartphone and a laptop. How do I connect the earphones to two devices?
    1) Connect your earphones to your Smartphone via Bluetooth®.
    2) Disconnect the Bluetooth® from your Smartphone.
    3) Pair the earphones with a second device.
    4) Once the earphones are paired with the second device, turn on Bluetooth® on your Smartphone and connect them back to the first device.

  • What should I do if the earbuds don't charge when I place them in the case?

1) Make sure the case is charged.
2) Make sure you've removed the protective caps from the earbuds' charging pins before using them for the first time.
3) If they still don't charge, it's most likely because the earbuds aren't making good contact due to dirt on the charging pins. Clean the charging pins on both the case and the earbuds with a paper towel or cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Let them dry completely, then try again.

Prevention of hearing loss

Listening to music at high volume levels for long periods of time can cause permanent hearing damage. To avoid hearing damage, we recommend turning down the volume of the player before starting music playback and then gradually increasing the volume to a comfortable, moderate listening level.
