  • Can I use the headset while charging the battery?
    This is not possible for safety reasons due to compliance with current CE regulations.

  • How can I force the headphones to turn off?
    Connect the charging cable and the charging cable to a 5V USB power adapter and the headphones will turn off automatically.

  • How do I reset the earphones?
    Disconnect the headphones from any Bluetooth device, press 7 times quickly on the touch control of both headphones simultaneously and they will restart automatically. Put them in the charging case and when you take them out again you can connect them again via Bluetooth.

  • What is the Multipoint function and how does it work?
    This feature allows you to connect the earphones simultaneously to two devices, such as a Smartphone and a laptop. How do I connect the headphones to two devices?
    1) Connect your headphones to your Smartphone via Bluetooth®.
    2) Disconnect the Bluetooth® from your Smartphone.
    3) Pair the headphones with a second device.
    4) Once the headphones are paired with the second device, turn on Bluetooth® on your Smartphone and connect them back to the first device.

  • Is the lenght of the headband adjustable? Yes, you can adjust the length of the headband. Pull on each earcup to extend it.

  • Be sure to keep the device switched off when not in use and do not leave it for a long period of time with the battery completely discharged.
  • Keep the device and its packaging out of the reach of children and pets to avoid possible accidents.
  • Do not use the device while driving a vehicle.


Prevention of hearing loss

Listening to music at high volume levels for long periods of time can cause permanent hearing damage. To avoid hearing damage, we recommend turning down the volume of the player before starting music playback and then gradually increasing the volume to a comfortable, moderate listening level.
