Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • How can I link two or more speakers using the AuraConnect function so that they play in unison? Connect the first speaker to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Then switch on the second speaker and press and hold the AuraConnect button (triangle). You will hear a sound indicating that the connection between the two speakers has been established. Repeat the process to link the remaining speakers.

Important note: To use this multi-device connection mode, the smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device must be connected to only one speaker, which will act as the master; the remaining speakers will act as slaves and must not be connected to the smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device.

  • How can I jump from folder to folder of the USB memory content?
    When you are listening to music from the external USB memory you can skip folders by pressing and holding the Play button .

  • Does it have an auto power off function?
    Yes, your Aura Speaker has an auto-off function. If you do not synchronize it via Bluetooth with any device, it will turn off after 15 minutes.

  • Which charger do I use to charge the battery? You can use any 5V 2A. It is also compatible with fast chargers.

Prevention of hearing loss

Listening to music at high volume levels for long periods of time can cause permanent hearing damage. To avoid hearing damage, we recommend turning down the volume of the player before starting music playback and then gradually increasing the volume to a comfortable, moderate listening level.
