Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

  • How do I tune in to FM radio stations?
    First select FM mode by holding down the Menu/Mode button. Then hold down the Play/Pause button and the station search will start automatically. Wait a few minutes for the tuning process to complete.

    Important note: For better reception of FM radio stations, it is recommended to turn off the RGB lights as they may interfere with signal reception.

  • How can I connect two speakers using True Wireless Stereo?
    The True Wireless Stereo feature allows you to connect two Karaoke Party speakers to your smartphone and double the power by playing music on both speakers simultaneously. To do this, turn on both speakers and, without connecting to any other device via Bluetooth, press and hold the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds. You will hear a sound indicating that both speakers have synchronized with each other. Then connect your smartphone via Bluetooth and both speakers will play in unison.

  • Can I keep the decorative lights off?
    Yes, to turn the decorative RGB lights on or off, press and hold the LED lighting button (the button above the Menu button).

  • Can I reduce the echo effect from the microphones? Yes, you can adjust the echo effect level of the microphones by following these steps: 1.Turn on at least one of the two microphones. 2.Press the Menu/Mode button on the top panel of the speaker 4 times until the letter E appears on the display. 3.Press the + and - buttons to increase and decrease the echo effect level of the microphones. There are 12 levels, with 0 being the minimum level and 12 being the maximum effect level.

Prevention of hearing loss

Listening to music at high volume levels for long periods of time can cause permanent hearing damage. To avoid hearing damage, we recommend turning down the volume of the player before starting music playback and then gradually increasing the volume to a comfortable, moderate listening level.
