IMPORTANT:

First Use

When using your earbuds for the first time, remove the blue sticker located on the charging pins of each earbud. Place them back in the case to begin charging.

Sports Use

After any exercise, it is recommended to thoroughly dry the earbuds before placing them in their charging case. Keep the charging pins (metal points) clean and dry.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • How do I correctly position the earbuds?

The thicker part with the heart logo goes behind your ear. This part contains the touch controls.

The part with the small grille goes towards the front, inside your ear. This part houses the sound transducer.

Position the back of the earbud downwards, close to your earlobe. This will ensure a proper audio experience and ergonomic fit.Image1


  • How do I reset the earbuds? Disconnect the earbuds from any Bluetooth device, quickly press the touch control on both earbuds 10 times simultaneously, and they will automatically restart. Place them in the charging case, and when you take them out again, you can reconnect them via Bluetooth.


  • What is the Multipoint function and how does it work? This function allows you to connect the earbuds simultaneously to two devices, such as a smartphone and a laptop. How do I connect the earbuds to two devices? 1) Connect your earbuds to your smartphone via Bluetooth®.

2) Turn off Bluetooth® on your smartphone.

3) Pair the earbuds with a second device.

4) Once the headphones are paired with the second device, activate Bluetooth® on your smartphone and reconnect them to the first device.

Safety and Maintenance

Hearing Loss Prevention

Listening to music at high volumes for extended periods can cause permanent hearing damage. To prevent hearing damage, we recommend lowering the volume of the playback device before starting music and then gradually increasing the volume until a comfortable and moderate listening level is reached.
