  • Can I charge my mobile phone with the Emergency Radio? Yes, the USB output allows you to charge a mobile phone, but we recommend using it as efficiently as possible, since most current mobile phone batteries have a higher capacity than the Emergency Radio's battery.


  • How can I tell if the device is charging, whether solar-powered, via the dynamo, or via USB-C? When the charging indicator is lit red, the device is charging.

Hearing Loss Prevention

Listening to music at high volumes for extended periods can cause permanent hearing damage. To prevent hearing damage, we recommend lowering the volume of the playback device before starting music and then gradually increasing the volume until a comfortable and moderate listening level is reached.
